The bright, clean taste of fresh pears is the perfect complement for almost any meal. This vinegar is ideal for use in a vinaigrette on a crisp leafy salad or for use with fruit salad – the delicate flavor of pear will add a brightness to it. Mix with olive oil, garlic and spices for a light marinade for chicken, pork or fish. Drizzle over cheese for a tantalizing appetizer or dessert – better yet, drizzle on ice cream, berries or melon slices.

Ingredients: Concentrated and Cooked White Grape Must, White Wine Vinegar from Trebbiano Grapes, Pear Concentrate
